Grassroots Democrats’ main speaker this month is Professor Russell Arben Fox, Friends University, who will speak on “Grassroots Activities in 2026.” He is an expert on local and urban democracy and frequently comments on Kansas and Wichita politics through multiple media outlets and is an associate editor of the blog “Front Porch Republic.”

The primary candidate speaker in March is Noah Taylor, who is contemplating running for the Kansas Senate this year. He is a U.S. Army veteran, small business owner, and co-founder of Leading Kansas. Growing up in El Dorado in a union household, he now lives in Kechi with his wife, a nurse, and two children.
