SCDW meets every second Thursday of the month. This month’s meeting is Thursday, Septermber 10th, at Felipe’s Restaurant, 3434 West Central Ave. in Wichita(The meeting starts at 6:30, but feel free to join some of us at 5pm for dinner and conversation)

Program:  Kansas House Representative and retired attorney, John Carmichael and Dr. Russell Arbon Fox, Friends University Professor of Political Science will be discussing and answering questions about the Constitutional Amendment on the November ballot.  [VOTE NO!!!!]  The measure would amend section 1 of Article 5 of the state constitution.
