May Day demonstration at noon at Douglas and Broadway — and you’re invited.

This event will highlight local and national calls for fair wages, safe working conditions, immigrant rights, and the protection of democracy. Here in Wichita, where working families face rising costs, wage stagnation, and attacks on basic rights, this demonstration is a call to stand together in solidarity, uplift community voices, and demand a future that works for all of us.

May Day, or International Workers’ Day, is a global day of action to honor workers’ struggles and fight for a just future. Here in Wichita, we’re standing up for fair wages, safe workplaces, immigrant rights, and a democracy that works for all of us.
