Join us for Hearts for the Heartland, a warm and welcoming Valentine’s fundraiser celebrating what makes our communities strong: kindness, connection, and a love for all our neighbors. On Valentine’s Day, we’re coming together to support Democratic values rooted in Kansas life—looking out for one another, investing in our hometowns, and making sure everyone feels seen and included.
This family-friendly evening will feature local food, conversation, and stories from neighbors who are working to make our communities better. Whether you live in town or out on the farm, this is a chance to meet new people, reconnect with old friends, and show your support for a more caring and inclusive future.
What to expect:
Community dinner featuring local cooks, with complimentary drinks for those of legal drinking age.
Short remarks from local Democratic leaders and community advocates
Time to mingle, share ideas, and get involved
Opportunities to sign up to volunteer, knock doors, and support future efforts
