DESCRIPTION:Our 3rd annual Chili Cook-Off\nSaturday\, September 28\, 2024 \n5 pm – 7 pm \nFirefighter’s Hall \n428 N St Francis \nCome and join the fun at the Sedgwick County Grassroots Democrats third annual Chili Cook-Off! \nTickets again this year will be $25 per adult\, $15 for students which includes all you can eat chili\, all the fixin’s\, drinks and dessert. Attendees will receive a ticket at the door to place in the jar next to their pick for the best chili. \nTo sign up to participate with your favorite chili recipe\, please call \nGail at 316-519-5085 or \nJoyce at 316-708-3705. \nFor the last two years Cecila Blackwell has taken home the prized trophy. Will she win a third year in a row or will someone else come along to capture the trophy this year? We can’t wait to find out! \n\n\nWe’ll have a silent auction. \n\n\nLocal candidates will be invited to this event for a meet and greet. \n\n\nTickets may be purchased online\, or in person on the day of\, using cash or check.
